Welcome to the Guilty Hunger podcast: A podcast for those who want to lose weight, are maybe in the process of losing weight and those who have a love hate relationship with food. I’m Lovoni, producer and host of this podcast; since moving to North America, I’ve gained 100 pounds or 45 kilos or 7 stone. But I’m on a quest, not just to lose this weight but also to help others find their peace with food.
I’m going to be talking to people who are struggling to lose weight, in the process of losing weight, and those who’ve reached their goal. I’ll chat with natural healers and many others from different walks of life. I’ll share my warts-and-all story, what I’ve discovered on my journey and what is working for me. If you can discover the why, then the how usually follows and a journey to better health and healing both physically and emotionally can begin.
