This Sunday, May 10th, is Mother’s Day in Australia and America so I’ve thrown together a few recipes I thought would be perfect to cook for mum this weekend. First in the Quick and Easy Mother’s Day recipes collection is breakfast: 7-Minute Blueberry Breakfast Pastries. I’d be happy eating one of these for breakfast washed down with a strong, black coffee every morning.

Melon and Prosciutto with Fig Vinaigrette is a light and quick-to-make lunch.

Keeping it relatively fuss-free, Oven Baked Mushroom Risotto for dinner.

For a side, Sage Butter and Prosciutto Butternut Squash.

Green beans are usually my go-to green side of choice and this Green Beans in Marmalade Ginger Butter is probably my current favorite bean recipe.

For dessert you can never go wrong with Sticky Toffee Pudding because it’s not only so delish but it’s incredibly simple to throw together.

Take care of your mum this Mother’s Day and spoil her with some luscious recipes that’ll be sure to impress her. You don’t need me to tell you to never take her for granted and always be kind to her.
