May is upon us. This year feels as though it’s racing along doesn’t it? Are you chiseling away at your goals for the year? I set some lofty ones for 2019 & although I’m not exactly on track as to where I wanted to be at this time, I’ve not lost sight of what I want to achieve this year. So, I keep moving forward. I hope you’re doing the same – perseverance, consistency & determination – they’ll help make your dreams a reality, but you’ve got to put in the work. One big goal of mine for the year is to lose weight. Having tried almost every diet out there I decided to just not eat as much, enjoy wholesome, home-cooked food & to rid myself of the guilt surrounding food that so many of us carry. I’m a work in progress – stay tuned.

Of course May is Mother’s Day in Australia & America so during the month we’ll be sharing some recipes that would be perfect for you to cook for your mum on her special day – or pass them onto your hubby or kids for them to cook you something.
